Hi

I have iNotes users who connect to our server from outside. Only at one of these outside location are people having problems uploading file attachment. At another outside site, there are no problems.

They get the error message "Unable to upload file". I have checked timeouts and file size restriction and this is not the case. This outside company has a Proxy server. They can upload files from there when using a hotmail or yahoo account. But the same error occurrs when they use webmail. I have tried replacing the template with an older version and this did'nt help.

Does any one know why iNotes will upload attachments from one outside location and not from another outside location.
